Hi Everyone!
It has been a while since I wrote a post. Every time I think of a good topic, when I make it to my laptop, it slips my mind.
So, starting now and from today, I shall be blogging from my phone ( since I already do everything from it).
Quick backstory for today. My wife had a pretty big fibroid in her uterus which was causing us not to be able to conceive again.
We scheduled to have it removed July 28th, 2021, but the doctors moved it to August 4th, 2021 (my daughters 3rd birthday).
Even though it sucked it was on that day, all I wanted was my wife to be okay and to not have to suffer any more loses.
And don‘t worry, we celebrated my daughters birthday on Sunday so she wouldn’t feel like we forgot it.
Before leaving the house, I gave her a priesthood blessing which brought peace to both of us and we travelled to the hospital.
We arrived to the hospital and the nurses got her prepared and off she went to surgery.
Even though it was a minor procedure, the many what ifs crossed my mind. I was worried the whole time…which made me realize that honestly in a blink of an eye things could change…I could lose her…
Well, luckily it all went smoothly. Of course it would, she is strong!
I knew I had nothing to worry about, but am more reluctant to show my gratitude more often.
I’m grateful she is okay!
Invitation: Be grateful always!!
